Dr. John Hong

Dr. John Hong helps patients all over the greater NYC area achieve the healthy, bright smiles they want and need. He has dutifully and diligently served thousands of patients on Long Island and Westchester and now brings his skills to Manhattan’s West Side at his practice, CityLife Dental Care NYC.

A New York native, Dr. Hong received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and earned his M.H.S. at Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on Molecular Microbiology and Immunology.

He earned his DMD degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, completing his residency program in general dentistry at the Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, N.Y. He also completed advanced training at Columbia University School of Dentistry, New York, N.Y., in the field of implantology.

Dr. Hong is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the New York State Dental Organization. He also organizes and participates in dental mission trips to bring quality care to impoverished communities around the world.

When he’s not helping patients, Dr. Hong can be found playing golf and sampling the local cuisine.
